Fermentation

Fermented at 74F for 2 weeks. Pitched WB-06 yeast at around 70F.

Additonal notes

This was very spicy and a bit too much, really. I had not quite figured out properly dumping my yeast from my new Spike CF5 Conical and my racking arm sat right at the top of where the yeast tends to settle. This resulted in a VERY yeasty beer. This is also probably why my previous Barclay Perkins TT was so cloudy and weird looking.
